Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Hey, did not like the product you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of cloth but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers.

The payment shall be refunded to the original payment mode as stated in the sections below after your return.


Returns are only applicable in case of damaged product.

Below are the 3 steps for returning your LABEL BY AARZOO purchases.

  • Inform:
  • You need to share the name and video of the product via email atlabelbyaarzoo@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
  • Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the refund. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refunds policy.

Cancellation of your order:

  • Cancellation after placing the order is not available.

  •  The payment shall be refunded to the original payment mode with applicable deductions as stated in the sections below after your return.

Applicable Deductions

  • In case any damage is found on the returned product, the necessary deduction will be done on the amount to be refunded.

Eligibility

  • Only damaged products sold under our website are eligible for return. 
  • Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns. 
  • All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given. 

Refund Time

  • Refund to original payment mode will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders.
